Pokerklas Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pokerklas and all its users. By accessing or using the pokerklas website or platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. It is therefore important that you read this document in full before creating an account.

The KYC process typically requires: a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. KYC verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

• Each promotion may be used once per account.

• Abusive or offensive language in live chat or comments is not permitted.
• Harassing other players or interfering with their gameplay is prohibited.

Pokerklas is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful environment. Certain activities are strictly prohibited and violations will be met with firm action.

• Using your account for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Misuse of chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Affiliate fraud or creating fake referrals.

If such a violation is established, pokerklas reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action where necessary.

Either the user or pokerklas may close an account. To close your own account, please contact our Support Team. pokerklas reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of these terms is established.
• If KYC is not completed or false information is provided.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more) — a fee may apply to inactive accounts with a remaining balance.
• Upon a self-exclusion request made under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Pokerklas believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a source of problems. That is why responsible gaming is our top priority. The following tools are available to all users on the platform, free of charge:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
